“We created the Next Vintage Wine Club to offer a monthly celebration that focuses not only on great wine, but the food that accompanies it. It is important for me to work closely with our team of wine professionals in order to offer our club members the same exceptional food and wine experience they can expect in any of our restaurants.”

Charlie's Personal Pairings will take you on a journey through some of the worlds top wine regions and producers. Every selection will be perfectly paired with our featured monthly recipe, designed by Chef Palmer to enhance the wines’ regional flavors. Discover and learn about each winery from our detailed tasting notes. If you love delicious wine, and have a passion for food, this is the club for you!

      Charlie's Pairings for February 2012

    "No Pain, No Spain"

Make no mistake about it: if you are from Spain, wine is poetry. Despite a torrid past, a visitor is more likely to hear the invocation of the country's great artists, writers and poets than anything else, and it is this same love of life, culture and the arts that has been pored into Spain's wine making tradition for years.
