Michael Frumin
Michael Frumin, who devoted the last 12 years on his wine education by learning from other sommeliers, reading and tasting, passed the Certified Sommelier Exam through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Most memorable bottle of wine? A bottle of Krug Champagne that I served years ago—before I knew proper champagne service. The cork rocketed into the air; the host howled with laughter, and I learned that at the end of the day, wine is about having fun.

Janice Honbo
Janice Honbo, who was introduced to the wine life as Operations Manager of the Robert Mondavi Wine & Food Center in Southern California, was responsible for developing and managing the wine bars at Golden Vine Winery within Disney’s California Adventure resort.
Most memorable bottle of wine? A truly spectacular 1994 Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, made even more memorable by the experience of sharing it with Robert Mondavi himself.

Eric Davison
Eric Davison began his career as a sommelier exploring the nuances of wine, food and service at Goldener Hirsh, a small boutique hotel located high in the mountains of Deer Valley, Utah. He holds an Introductory Level pin from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Most memorable bottle of wine? Without question, the 1959 Chateau Palmer, or what I call my first “epiphany” wine: it altered my understanding of what wine can be.

Justin Lorenz
